The PalletID system is simple to use. You can go from start to finish in 3 steps.

Step 1: Use the Lookup tools at the top of this page to learn more about the identified pallet.

Each PalletID-branded pallet uses the identification method and this website to provide specific information about the handling of this pallet. There may be instructions for the return of the pallets.  At the very least, it will be interesting to learn what path the pallet follows during its life cycle.  Click on the PalletID lookup menu to view the specifications for an identified pallet or browse the system to view other pallets listed within the system.

Step 2: Use the Pallet Entry Form to tell us about the PalletID-branded pallets stored in your location.

Once you have found the record for your stamped palletID then please use the Pallet Entry Form to enter the location and quantity of the identified pallet.  If you provide your name and contact information and if you meet the criteria specified for the PalletID, you may be able to earn money for the return of the pallets.  Often we can pay you more than the tear-down value of this pallet.

Step 3: Wait for a PalletID representative to contact you.

The information you entered about your PalletID pallets will be sent to a PalletID representative. Our representative will work with you and the original shipper to transfer the pallets from your site back to the original shipper.
